Let’s Move! Missoula is happy to bring to you Unplug and Play Week May 4 – 11. This is a global campaign to educate families about the effect of too much “screen time” from television, computers, gaming systems, iPods, IPads, and cell phones. Unplug and Play challenges families to limit recreations screens for a week and reap the many benefits. Missoula has endless opportunities for scree free fun and relaxation. Even having kids outside in their own yard is a boon to their health and creative spirit. See our 7 Days of Play Calendar for a list of activities! And take the PLEDGE to be screen free for a week! How do you get started? That’s easy…join us for the FREE kick off event at McCormick Park, Sunday, May 4, 1 – 4 pm. You won’t believe how much fun it will be for you and your kids!
